With December to February mostly being the season for weddings; the patisserie reveals trends for to-be couples.  Contemporary to classic designs such as orchids / roses are in vogue this season – with demand for creativity and intricacy to reflect overall theme of the wedding. While white is still a preferred colour, shades such as ivory, traces of shimmer of gold/silver and soft pastel colours are definitely the trend. While flavours still remain traditional; healthy and fruit are popular choices.
